If you do not see your bank listed in the drop-down menu when you are trying to link your primary bank account, this means your financial institution is not currently supported by Plaid.
You can chat with our support team directly to let us know the name of your financial institution. We can put in a request with Plaid to have your bank or credit union supported. It can take some time to add a new integration. If you want to get up and running quickly, you will need to connect to an account at a different financial institution.
