Before we can close your account, we'll need to make sure you don't have any money in any part of your plan. Be sure to withdraw your funds directly from taxes and time off and send it back to your Primary Account (linked bank account). If you have remaining funds in your retirement account Catch will need to handle this withdraw process for you directly.

Please contact support, help@catch.co, to complete the account closure process. Our team batches these closures on a weekly basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully closed.
