We hope that Catch can help plenty of people set up their own personalized safety net to align with the changing nature of work.

If you need to take a break, or if you think you might want to use Catch again later, we highly recommend pausing your account. When you pause your individual benefits, you'll stop receiving notifications, and you'll have the option to delete your bank link. Simply log in to your account and pause individual benefits on your Plan page.

If you do want to completely close your Catch account, we'll need to make sure you don't have money remaining in your account. Be sure to withdraw your funds directly from your plans back to your primary linked bank account. Note: if you have funds in your retirement account, Catch will need to handle this withdraw for you directly. Given that it is a withdrawal from an IRA, if you are under 59½, you may be subject to IRS penalties for early withdrawal.

Please contact support, help@catch.co, to complete the account closure process. Our team batches these closures on a weekly basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully closed.
