We hope that Catch can help plenty of people set up their own personalized safety net to set aside money for taxes, time off, and retirement. 

If you just need to take a break, or if you think you might want to start using Catch again later, we recommend pausing your plan. When you pause Catch, you'll stop receiving notifications, and you'll have the option to delete your bank link. To pause Catch, simply login to your account and click "pause" on the plan page of your account. 

If you are sure you want to completely close your Catch account, we'll need to make sure you don't have any money in any part of your plan. Be sure to withdraw your funds directly from taxes and time off and send it back to your Primary Account (linked bank account). If you have remaining funds in your retirement account Catch will need to handle this withdraw process for you directly.

Please contact support, help@catch.co, to complete the account closure process. Our team batches these closures on a weekly basis. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully closed.
