We love that you are eager to use Catch! Unfortunately, we can only let you have one Catch account.

To keep your funds safe, your Catch account is tied to a bank account through Blue Ridge Bank N.A. Also, to be Know Your Customer (KYC) compliant, our bank partner can only open one savings account per person. For this reason, only one Catch account can be set up per person.

If you are trying to set up a Catch account and hitting errors, it's possible you previously created an account using another email address. We recommend trying to log in with other possible email addresses to identify any already associated to your Catch account. You can reset your password, then move forward setting up your account.

If you have created multiple accounts, please contact support at help@catch.co to close any duplicates.
