If you are trying to set up a Catch account and hitting errors, it's possible you previously created an account using another email address. We recommend trying to log in with other possible email addresses to identify any already associated to your Catch account. You can reset your password, then move forward setting up your account.
If you have created multiple accounts, please contact support at email@example.com to close any duplicates.
