Autoroll is a feature that allows you to set rules so your paychecks are automatically divvied up exactly as you want.

That way, you don't have to worry about manually confirming (or ignoring) every single deposit from the same source.

Autoroll is free to use. When you set it up Autoroll, you create custom rules to auto-withhold from sources that are you know are always income (eg. Doordash, PayPal, Square, etc.).

You can also filter out deposits that you know are never income (eg. ATM Deposit, Refund Transaction, etc.).

You can edit or delete rules at any time.

How it works

You'll have the option to set up custom rules for every deposit and from every source. You can find the feature on your Home page or after you first approve a paycheck.

  • If you set up an Autoroll, Catch will automatically move money from the income source you selected to your Catch account, every time you get a deposit from that source — we transfer money from your linked bank account to your Catch account.

  • If you set up an Ignore rule, Catch will ignore every deposit you receive from a select payment source — we filter those payments out completely and will never transfer money.

If you don't have a rule set up for a given payment source, we'll notify you each time you get a deposit from that source.

You'll then manually approve (or skip) those payments every time they come in. No money will be moved without your confirmation.

If you still want some control

We understand you may need time to adjust a deposit or to ensure funds are available in to complete a transfer.

You can turn on the optional 'Transfer Reminders,' which will give you a 12-hour heads up before money is transferred from your bank account to Catch.

That way, you can give yourself a buffer, skip, or edit contributions before your money is moved.
