Catch uses a third party company called Plaid to connect to your bank account so we can alert you when you've received a paycheck.
If you have stopped receiving paycheck notifications, it may be a result of a bad bank connection. To ensure your bank link is working properly, please completely delete your linked bank account and fully reconnect it by navigating to the "bank accounts" page in your profile. You can then select the trashcan icon to delete the bank link, and then reconnect your account by re-entering your credentials.
If you continue to experience issues in receiving paycheck notifications after you have deleted and reconnected your bank account, please reach out to Catch support. We recommend using the manual deposit feature in the meantime to ensure you are keeping up to date on your plans.
