Catch uses a third-party company called Plaid to securely connect to your bank account so we can alert you once you've received a paycheck.
If you have not received any paychecks yet, keep in mind it typically takes four business days for Catch to pull in your income deposits from your bank account once the funds have settled. This is due to your bank's settling period, which varies by the financial institution.
If you were receiving paychecks normally but stopped receiving notifications, it may be a result of a bad bank connection. To ensure your bank link is working properly, please completely delete your linked bank account and fully reconnect it on the "bank accounts" page in your profile. Select the trashcan icon to delete the bank link, then reconnect your account by re-entering your credentials.
If you continue to experience issues receiving paychecks after you have deleted and reconnected your bank account, please reach out to Catch support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd recommend using the manual deposit feature in the meantime to ensure you are keeping up to date on your Plan.
