If you enrolled in health insurance coverage through HealthCare.gov, Stride, or HealthSherpa, you can link your 2021 health plan directly to Catch.
Why link your health plan?
By linking your health plan to Catch, you can keep all your benefits in one place. Your health insurance can live harmoniously alongside your other benefits. Since you can update your information directly in Catch throughout the year, we'll help make sure you're getting all the savings you deserve. When it comes time to renew your plan next year, you can easily set it and forget it as well.
Who can link their health plan?
Anyone who has 2021 health insurance coverage through the Federal Marketplace, not through a state exchange, spouse, or employer.
How do you link your health plan?
Get started here. You'll need to review agreements and confirm your personal information to verify your identity, then we'll pull in your 2021 marketplace plan for you. Once you've linked it, you'll then see your plan details show up under your Health Insurance plan in Catch.
What if you are having trouble verifying your identity?
If we aren't able to verify your identity, you may be prompted to call Experian to complete your verification.
- If Experian isn't able to complete your verification, unfortunately you won't be able to move forward linking your plan.
- If Experian is able to complete your verification, we'll pull in your 2021 plan for you to link so you can easily access it in your Catch account.
When can I reach Experian?
You can verify your identity by calling the Experian help desk:
- Weekdays 8:30am – Midnight EST
- Saturdays 10am – 8pm EST
